Village Reach and FHI 360 launched a social marketing campaign titled “Santé Pour Tous,” with a behavioural science approach to support the COVID-19 vaccination efforts of the Yopougon Government. The campaign goal was to share accurate, engaging information to increase the motivation and ability of young people to get vaccinated. From June 16, 2022 (page launch) through February 8, 2023 the campaign has generated: Unique Reach on Facebook: 3,297,638; Unique Reach on Instagram: 527,454; Unique Page Likes/Followers: 4,665

The templates below performed extremely well in a city where an exact location for a vaccination centre wasn’t always easy to describe. In Yopougon, that chicken led a lot of people to the local “Vaccinodrome” with humour and dare we say it, pluck.

Aya of Yop City is another campaign that rated extremely highly with our target audience of young people in the region. Aya is relatable, sassy and doesn’t mince her words.
