Social media is a social activity. It’s a dialogue.. Comments are just one piece of this conversation, yet they play a vital role. Recent research shows that when managed well, even negative or misleading comments can have a positive impact on the overall effectiveness of content on social media. Alternatively, unmanaged comments can reduce the effectiveness of even the most promising and powerful messages shared on social media. During this session, we will explore ways to manage comments and build engaged and productive communities on social media.
